Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and driven React Developer to become a part of our exciting team. Eager to contribute significantly to the development of innovative SAAS products. Strong problem-solving abilities, a capacity for teamwork, and an open line of communication are necessary for this position as they provide effective, carefully thought out, and thoroughly tested software for a satisfying user experience. We cannot provide our clients with the best experience if we do not design well-performing items and think beyond the box. Strong technical and analytical abilities along with the capacity to foresee problems and formulate solutions. We are searching for someone who is ready to pick up new skills, develop, and adjust to modern technology.
Key responsibilities
- As a member of the Agile SCRUM team, takes full responsibility of solutions and contributes to the creation of testing automation and other important quality features.
- Collaborate with other Agile SCRUM team members and product owners to identify new features and user stories.
- Take part in code reviews to make sure that every iteration stays true to the original idea as outlined in the user story and, when applicable, all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of coding standards
- Participate in all Agile methods, such as preparation, grooming, product launches, and team reviews.
- React promptly to support incidents pertaining to production applications in order to prevent application outages.

Key skills and experience required:
- BE/BTech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science and 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in developing web apps with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS that are both scalable and performant.
- Experience with frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS(> 4 x) and solid grasp of these frameworks and their life cycles.
- Superb interpersonal abilities and extensive knowledge in creating web-based software.
- Capacity to interpret business needs and convert them into technological specifications.
- Capacity to work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to specify, create, and implement new features.
- Capacity to quickly iteratively develop products progressively.
- Proficiency in UI performance and optimization.
- Comprehending the network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, and local storage. Having a firm grasp of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and other foundational concepts of computer science.
- Competent in the subsequent areas:
- Unit testing as well as coding in 1-2 languages (e.g. Java, C#, etc.)
- Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and analysis
- Application of design patterns
- Application of non-functional software qualities such as resilience,
maintainability, etc. - Applying behaviour-driven testing techniques
- Git, BitBucket or any version control
